309S seamless stainless steel pipe is an austenitic stainless steel pipe specifically designed for high-temperature service, containing approximately 23% chromium and 13\u201315% nickel, offering exceptional high-temperature performance and oxidation resistance, making it suitable for environments exceeding 800\u00b0C. The seamless process ensures high-pressure resistance and leak-free performance.<\/p>

Under continuous use conditions, 309S pipe can withstand temperatures approaching 1100\u00b0C (approximately 2000\u00b0F). High chromium and nickel content enable 309S to form a dense chromium oxide film on its surface, effectively blocking corrosion by oxidizing media. 309S tubing provides excellent oxidation resistance and corrosion resistance, ensuring long-term equipment durability and preventing oxidation and spalling under high-temperature environments. 309S contains 22\u201324% chromium and 12\u201315% nickel, the higher alloy content compared to 304\/316 provides superior heat resistance and oxidation resistance, also enhances the creep strength and thermal shock resistance at temperatures above 500\u00b0C of 309s stainless steel.<\/p>

309S is the low-carbon version of 309 (C \u2264 0.08%). The low carbon content minimizes the tendency for intergranular carbide precipitation, reduces susceptibility to intergranular corrosion at elevated temperatures, and significantly improves weldability and resistance to intergranular corrosion. Post-weld solution treatment (holding at 1050\u20131100\u00b0C followed by rapid cooling) eliminates welding stresses, dissolves carbides at grain boundaries, restores the corrosion resistance and high-temperature strength, and ensures the welded zones also possess excellent high-temperature performance.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t
