Datorit\u0103 rezisten\u021bei sale excelente la coroziune, a capacit\u0103\u021bii de formare \u0219i de sudare, precum \u0219i a costului relativ redus, este utilizat pe scar\u0103 larg\u0103 \u00een industrii precum produc\u021bia, construc\u021biile, s\u0103n\u0103tatea \u0219i bunurile de larg consum. Fiind un material \u201cde uz general\u201d, <a href=\"https:\/\/jblstainless.com\/ro\/can-316-stainless-steel-rust\/\">o\u021bel inoxidabil 304<\/a> este predispus la apari\u021bia unor limit\u0103ri inerente atunci c\u00e2nd este expus la medii ostile specifice sau la condi\u021bii speciale de func\u021bionare. \u00cen atmosfere care con\u021bin clor, \u00een zone costiere sau \u00een aplica\u021bii cu temperaturi ridicate, o\u021belul 304 se poate deteriora mai repede dec\u00e2t se a\u0219teapt\u0103, ceea ce duce la lucr\u0103ri de refacere, perioade de nefunc\u021bionare \u0219i \u00eenlocuiri costisitoare.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-8ea3a9d elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"8ea3a9d\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><a href=\"https:\/\/jblstainless.com\/ro\/can-316-stainless-steel-rust\/\">o\u021bel inoxidabil 304<\/a> este un o\u021bel inoxidabil austenitic compus din 18-20% crom \u0219i 8-10,5% nichel, care formeaz\u0103 pe suprafa\u021b\u0103 un strat pasiv de oxid de crom ce blocheaz\u0103 oxigenul \u0219i umezeala, \u00eempiedic\u00e2nd apari\u021bia ruginii. Cu toate acestea, acest strat pasiv nu este perfect. Sensibilitatea la coroziune \u00een anumite medii chimice (\u00een special \u00een condi\u021bii \u00een care sunt prezen\u021bi cloruri), mai ales la fisurarea catastrofic\u0103 prin coroziune sub tensiune (SCC);<\/p><p>2. Riscul de coroziune punctiform\u0103 \u0219i de coroziune \u00een spa\u021bii \u00eenguste \u00een medii clorurate\n<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-a52cf52 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"a52cf52\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>\u00cen medii care con\u021bin cloruri (ap\u0103 de mare, cea\u021b\u0103 salin\u0103, solu\u021bii de dezghe\u021bare\/degivrare), concentra\u021biile ridicate de ioni de clor pot afecta peliculele pasive, duc\u00e2nd la coroziune punctiform\u0103 \u0219i de fisur\u0103.<\/p><p>O\u021belul 304 nu con\u021bine molibden (Mo) \u0219i este semnificativ mai pu\u021bin rezistent la coroziunea punctiform\u0103 \u0219i la coroziunea \u00een fisuri indus\u0103 de cloruri dec\u00e2t aliajele care con\u021bin molibden (cum ar fi clasele 316\/316L).<\/p><p>Pentru aplica\u021biile care implic\u0103 expunerea prelungit\u0103 la apa de mare, la agen\u021bi de cur\u0103\u021bare pe baz\u0103 de sare sau la s\u0103ruri de dezghe\u021bare a drumurilor, nu se recomand\u0103 utilizarea o\u021belului 304.\u00a0<\/p><p><b>Materiale alternative preferate<\/b>: o\u021bel inoxidabil 316\/316L, duplex\/superaustenitic sau suprafe\u021be cu acoperiri protectoare specializate.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-d63e8f7 e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-parent\" data-id=\"d63e8f7\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-con-inner\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-16664bf elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"16664bf\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h3 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">2. Fisurarea prin coroziune sub tensiune indus\u0103 de cloruri, Cl-SCC\n\n<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-4cef171 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"4cef171\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Acest fenomen apare atunci c\u00e2nd materialul 304 este supus unei solicit\u0103ri de \u00eentindere (fie c\u0103 este vorba de sarcini aplicate din exterior, fie de tensiuni reziduale interne) \u00een timp ce este expus la medii corozive specifice (\u00een principal medii lichide care con\u021bin cloruri), ceea ce duce la apari\u021bia \u0219i propagarea fisurilor la suprafa\u021ba materialului.<\/p><p>Sub ac\u021biunea unei tensiuni de \u00eentindere \u0219i \u00een medii cu ioni de clor, <a href=\"https:\/\/jblstainless.com\/ro\/can-316-stainless-steel-rust\/\">o\u021bel inoxidabil 304<\/a> este susceptibil la fisurare prin coroziune sub tensiune (fiind deosebit de sensibil la temperaturi de func\u021bionare cuprinse \u00eentre 50 \u0219i 150 \u00b0C).<\/p><p><b>M\u0103suri de atenuare<\/b>: Reduce\u021bi tensiunile reziduale (prin \u00eentindere, c\u0103lire sau recoacere de detensionare corespunz\u0103toare), proiecta\u021bi astfel \u00eenc\u00e2t s\u0103 preveni\u021bi acumularea \u00een fisuri sau alege\u021bi materiale de tip 316, cu con\u021binut redus de sulf sau duplex.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-3661a90 e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-parent\" data-id=\"3661a90\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-con-inner\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-acd4c31 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"acd4c31\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h3 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">3. Sudarea la temperaturi ridicate provoac\u0103 coroziune intergranular\u0103\n\n<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-38e56b4 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"38e56b4\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>La temperaturi care dep\u0103\u0219esc 425 \u00b0C, sudarea la temperaturi ridicate provoac\u0103 precipitarea carbonului la limitele dintre granule, duc\u00e2nd la formarea de carburi (sensibilizare), ceea ce are ca rezultat sensibilizarea \u0219i coroziunea intergranular\u0103.Dac\u0103 nu se utilizeaz\u0103 o\u021beluri cu con\u021binut redus de carbon (304L) sau dac\u0103 aportul de c\u0103ldur\u0103 nu este controlat, rezisten\u021ba la coroziune \u00een zona de sudur\u0103\/zona afectat\u0103 termic este compromis\u0103.<\/p><p><b>Solu\u021bie<\/b>: Utiliza\u021bi o\u021belul 304L (cu con\u021binut redus de carbon) pentru proiectele de sudur\u0103 sau efectua\u021bi un tratament ulterior de recoacere\/pasivare.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-40e4c26 e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-parent\" data-id=\"40e4c26\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-con-inner\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-46c422e elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"46c422e\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h3 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">4. Rezisten\u021ba la temperaturi ridicate este inferioar\u0103 celei a o\u021belurilor specializate rezistente la c\u0103ldur\u0103\n\n<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-f0e9ade elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"f0e9ade\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>La temperaturi ridicate (pe termen lung &gt;800 \u00b0C), o\u021belul 304 prezint\u0103 o rezisten\u021b\u0103 redus\u0103 la oxidare, la fluaj \u0219i la solicitare, cu un risc mai mare de exfoliere a stratului de oxid \u00een compara\u021bie cu sortimentele rezistente la c\u0103ldur\u0103, precum 310\/316H\/309.<\/p><p><b>Alternative recomandate<\/b>: Utiliza\u021bi aliajele 310, 309, 321 sau aliaje specializate rezistente la c\u0103ldur\u0103 pentru aplica\u021bii la temperaturi ridicate, cum ar fi tuburile de cuptor, echipamentele de tratament termic \u0219i sistemele de ardere.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-b468f96 e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-parent\" data-id=\"b468f96\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-con-inner\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-459171d elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"459171d\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h3 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">5. rezisten\u021b\u0103 la uzur\u0103 \u0219i o duritate mai reduse \u00een compara\u021bie cu materialele aliate sau tratate la suprafa\u021b\u0103 (de exemplu, aliaje c\u0103lite, placare cu nichel dur etc.).<\/p><p><b>Contram\u0103suri<\/b>: Alege\u021bi materiale rezistente la uzur\u0103 sau acoperiri\/c\u0103ptu\u0219eli de suprafa\u021b\u0103 pentru aplica\u021biile expuse la abraziune.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-7c73cc7 e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-parent\" 316 sau 310, poate prelungi durata de via\u021b\u0103 \u0219i reduce costurile.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element o\u021belului inoxidabil duplex.<\/li><li>Pentru temperaturi de func\u021bionare continu\u0103 care dep\u0103\u0219esc 800 \u00b0C, aliajele 310\/309 sau aliajele rezistente la c\u0103ldur\u0103 sunt mai potrivite.<\/li><li>Pentru aplica\u021biile care necesit\u0103 sudare \u0219i \u00een care recoacerea nu este posibil\u0103, se recomand\u0103 utilizarea o\u021belurilor 304L sau 316L, \u00eenso\u021bite de pasivare post-sudare sau de un aport de c\u0103ldur\u0103 controlat.<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div o\u021belului inoxidabil 316 sau duplex.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-9fa481e elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\"
