一 : Left Upper Raw Material Inlet

 Iron Ore → Ball Mill → Sintering→ Crushing →  blast furnace

Limestone → Crushing→ blast furnace

 Coal → Coking→ blast furnace → Slag

二. Blast Furnace Section Process

Broken materials, sintered ore, coke → Blast Furnace
The iron water produced by the blast furnace is sent out by → Hot Metal Ladle Car and divided into two routes:
The iron water is sent to the converter
Supporting materials: Scrap Steel → Limestone → Oxygen Station are supplied simultaneously to the steelmaking process

三: Steelmaking Process
1. Scrap Steel → Electric Arc Furnace (EAF)
→ Secondary Ladle Refining
2. The molten iron from the blast furnace and the oxygen from the oxygen station are sent in → Basic Oxygen Furnace (BOF)
The steel water from the converter is also merged in → Secondary Ladle Refining
After refining, it is uniformly sent to the downstream → Continuous Caster
 
四: Continuous Casting Diversion
 
Branch 1: Slab Line → Hot Rolling Mill
The hot rolling mill produces two branches:
Branch A: Heavy Plate Mill → Heavy Plate
Branch B: Pickling Tank → Cold Rolling Mill → Annealing → Cold Rolled Steel Coil
The intermediate products of hot rolling are further divided into: → UOE Formed Steel Pipe
 
The continuous casting process yields billets → Billet, which are then divided into three separate rolling lines:
1. Bar Mill → Square Bar
2.Wire Rod Mill → Wire Rod Coil
3. Seamless Steel Pipe Section Mill → Steel Rail
