This kind of stainless steel sheet has a wide range of specifications:

Rolled hard material: thickness ranging from 0.03mm to 3mm, width ranging from 2mm to 1520mm;
Strip material: thickness ranging from 0.03mm to 3mm, width ranging from 2mm to 1520mm;
Thin sheet material: thickness ranging from 0.09mm to 0.31mm.

Note that the material exhibits a pronounced tendency toward work hardening during cold processing.

The interaction of various elements determines the unique properties of 314 stainless steel:

1. The chromium-nickel ratio is controlled at approximately 1.2:1, maintaining structural stability while preventing the precipitation of the σ phase.

2. Silicon preferentially oxidizes at high temperatures to form a SiO₂ glass layer, which is more resistant to peeling than pure chromium oxide.

3. Manganese (≤2%) is present as a deoxidizer, simultaneously improving hot working properties.
