Is Fatigue-Resistant AISI 301 Full Hard Stainless Steel sheet available?
301 stainless steel does exist, but you may have difficulty finding it in the hardware market. This 301 Stainless Steel Sheet enhances its strength through a special cold rolling process, sacrificing some ductility in exchange for higher hardness. The common thickness ranges from 0.1 to 3mm. It has excellent rebound properties like a spring and is the top choice for manufacturing precision parts.
Compared to the widely-known 304 stainless steel, 301 Stainless Steel Spring Sheet is much less common. 301 STAINLESS STEEL is better suited for scenarios that require repeated deformation, such as shock-absorbing components in rail transportation and metal connectors for high-end electronic products.
